Photo Realistic Renders
We believe that seeing is believing. We use the latest photo realistic rendering technology to allow you to better understand your design before work commences on site. This is especially important when designing accessible environments becasue many clients have never seen the specialist equipment they might need. This sometimes even includes a ‘Grand Designs’ style flypast of the proposed design.
Idapt Planner 3D
Idapt Planner 3D was devised inhouse and allows the Idapt Design team to create accessible layouts and designs in a matter of minutes. Idapt Planner 3D is ideal at the feasibility stage allowing clients to quickly understand design proposals and allows professionals to make space assessments.
Matterport
We use the very latest scanning technology to create a ‘digital twin’ of your property. This allows us to record the pre or post adaptation condition of the property (useful if renting the property out). However, it is also useful to provide a full walk through tour when we are carrying out an accessible property search.
